Compressor
The unit adopts a vortex compressor with small clearance volume and high operating efficiency. Each module contains 2-3 compressors and can provide multi-stage capacity adjustment. The compressor is equipped with overheat protection. In order to avoid liquid hammer when the compressor is just started, a suitable power oil heating belt is installed at the bottom of each compressor to heat the compressor while the power is on standby.
Condenser
Adopting a shell and tube heat exchanger, the designed pressure on the refrigerant side is 2.1 MPa, and the working medium is refrigerant. The design pressure on the water side is 1.0 MPa, and the working medium is water. The condenser adopts heat exchange tubes to enhance heat transfer, and the bottom contains a subcooler, effectively improving the subcooling degree of refrigerant liquid. The refrigerant side is connected by brazing, and the water side is connected by flexible clamps for easy on-site connection.
Evaporator
Adopting a direct expansion shell and tube heat exchanger, the refrigerant side is designed with a pressure of 2.1 MPa and the working medium is refrigerant, while the water side is designed with a pressure of 1.0 MPa and the working medium is water. The evaporator adopts heat exchange tubes and built-in baffles, which can evenly distribute the chilled water along the entire shell direction and enhance the heat transfer effect.
Refrigeration accessories
The expansion valve, solenoid valve, and electronic control components are all made of internationally renowned brands, with reliable performance, high control accuracy, and durability.
6) Complete protection functions and control system
The unit adopts advanced microcomputer control system, providing complete protection functions:
